Kick-off meeting of the Interreg Europe project on circular economy and environmental certification
The research team of the Institute of Management attended the kick-off meeting of the ENHANCE project on 7th and 8th February 2017 in Barcelona.
ENHANCE – EMAS as a Nest to Help and Nurture the Circular Economy -, funded by the Interreg Europe programme, involves six partners from different countries (Spain, Estonia, Czech Republic, Austria), as for example the Ministry of Territory and Sustainability of Catalonia, the Stockholm Environment Institute Tallin Centre, the Austrian Ministry of Environment.
ENHANCE aims to improve the implementation of regional policy instruments oriented to increasing company competitiveness through resource-efficiency, by the exchange of practices on supporting EMAS environmental certification.
The meeting allowed to organize the activities to be held in the following months in order to develop the project’s outputs.
